He runs twice a week one-stop breast clinic at Spire Murrayfield Hospital Edinburgh (every Tuesday and Friday) dedicated to the diagnosis and management of breast symptoms. The range of symptoms include pain, lump, nodularity, change of breast contour, nipple flattening/ inversion, nipple discharge, family history and breast screening. Patients get a clinical check-up, ultrasound scan and a  mammogram on the same day. The clinic also offers cyst aspiration and core biopsies on the first visit if required. Mr. Kulkarni specialises in management of benign breast and malignant breast conditions and has over 20 years of experience.
